Responsibilities
Provide treasury industry knowledge, experience, and best practices to help the team stay current on services offered by partner banks.
Build an enhanced liquidity forecasting tool to understand cash usage and future needs.
Model liquidity usage and related returns to optimize liquidity, identify liquidity risks, and evaluate black swan liquidity-modeling results.
Develop internal cost-of-funds programs associated with cash and liquidity usage.
Evaluate new product offerings from internal and external service providers from a Treasury perspective.
Consult with internal business lines on existing and new products, focusing on liquidity and funding needs.
Engage external credit providers to understand borrowing structures that meet internal business needs.
Partner with fixed-income portfolio managers to explore opportunities to optimize returns.
Manage money movement and payment types, including ACH, wires, real-time payments, and stablecoins; solution stablecoin movements and identify and manage related risks.
Improve banking transaction processes and understand bank-analysis fees.
Govern bank accounts and related controls, including account establishment and alignment.
Conduct regular and quarterly banking-partner reviews.
Support fraud mitigation, cash forecasting, payment contingencies, operational risk management, and process improvements related to banking structures and money movements.
Collaborate with Payments, Accounting, Risk/Credit, Product, and Engineering to implement new products and services.
Lead treasury and cross-functional projects through resolution, addressing strategic and tactical challenges.
Requirements
12+ years of relevant experience in a shared-services Treasury environment with cross-functional teams, preferably in banking or financial services.
Experience with payment operations, Risk/Credit, and banking-partner activities.
In-depth knowledge of ACH, wires, real-time payments, stablecoins, and related bank and third-party activities.
Specific stablecoin-settlement knowledge and understanding of associated risks.
Experience with credit facilities and lending solutions.
In-depth experience modeling and solving liquidity needs.
Strong operational-excellence mindset, attention to detail, and ability to identify unusual patterns.
Experience building processes and solutions, implementing changes, and achieving measurable tactical and strategic results.
Excellent analytical skills, including use of business-intelligence tools and ability to interpret complex data and articulate business trends and implications.
Experience using AI to solve corporate Treasury needs, improve workflows, and create business efficiencies while reducing human error and risk.
Ability to shape Treasury strategy, translate emerging trends into recommendations, and influence company-wide financial objectives.

Compensation and Benefits
Cash compensation of $140,000–$170,000 per year in Denver and most remote locations.
Cash compensation of $163,000–$202,000 per year in San Francisco, Seattle, and New York.
