About the role

What You'll Do

  • Channel Performance: Own revenue and activation targets for primary channel partners, ensuring prioritization of OpenLoop solutions.
  • Practice Success: Ensure successful activation across partner practices and build framework to identify and scale high-potential providers.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor Channel Partnerships & Activations team, responsible for performance and alignment with sales goals.
  • Operational Infrastructure: Build playbooks, deal registration systems, and reporting dashboards to scale channel to high-growth revenue stream.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience

  • Signed partnerships into active revenue-generating status by designing high-touch onboarding and implementation journeys.
  • Built clinical talk-tracks, training modules, and sales assets to enable channel partners.
  • Designed and implemented workflows integrating into partner tech stacks.
  • Cross-functional alignment ensuring "voice of the partner" in product roadmap and collateral.

Who You Are

  • 8–12+ years experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, or Partner Activation within B2B Healthcare.
  • Deep professional network and fluency in dental industry.
  • Proven experience managing direct reports and scaling field/activation team.
  • Ability to navigate DME referrals and medical device implementation.
