Requirements
6+ years as Web Product Manager or Digital Experience role, focused on B2B marketing or growth.
Track record defining, launching, and optimizing high-traffic marketing websites.
Strong understanding of web design principles, UX, and CRO methodologies.
Proficiency with web analytics (Google Analytics 4) and A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO).
Excellent communication to bridge marketing, design, and technical teams.
Experience with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, headless CMS) and SEO best practices.
Bias for action; ability to take vague concepts to polished, measurable results.
