Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the implementation process while delivering high levels of service using Celonis technology.
  • Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis.
  • Design and implement analyses and execution apps enriched with Machine Learning or Task Mining.
  • Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, suggesting improvements.
  • Quantify business and financial potential, presenting relevant KPIs to management.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct value creation workshops to align measures for process improvements.
  • Set foundation for long-term customer success.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or similar.
  • Relevant experience in Public Sector vertical.
  • Active Security Clearance (active for 18+ months).
  • Proficiency with SQL or other languages (Python, R, Matlab) and interest in Big Data, Data Mining, Process Mining.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Excellent analytical skills, organized, quick learner.
  • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics or comparable.

Compensation

Base salary: $162,000 - $191,000 USD (Washington, D.C.), plus bonus/commission, equity, benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, PTO).
