What you'll do
- Manage CEO priorities and special projects, ensuring critical initiatives stay on track while maintaining focus on core business objectives
- Partner directly with the CEO on internal and external meetings and initiatives
- Drive cross-functional alignment and communication, breaking down silos between teams and ensuring everyone is working toward shared goals
- Lead internal projects that drive operational excellence, from implementing new systems to streamlining workflows across all teams
What you bring
- 3+ years of Product / Engineering roles at high-growth tech companies OR management consulting experience at a leading firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.)
- Proven ability to structure complex operational challenges, build scalable processes, and drive execution in fast-paced startup environments
- Experience managing internal operations, team coordination, or chief of staff responsibilities at high-growth companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work across both quantitative analysis and qualitative strategic thinking
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to coordinate across all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executive leadership

- Technical background with understanding of AI/ML applications
- MBA from a top-tier program
- Experience building internal operations during rapid team growth (30+ to 200+ employees)
- Background in fintech, banking, or lending industry

Own strategy and execution for onboarding, retaining, and growing GlossGenius's larger customer segment. Build CS operational models, analytics, AI workflows, and cross-functional alignment while tackling ambiguous business problems.
