Responsibilities

Build software across diverse product areas, including online healthcare appointment booking with real-time availability, customizable patient information forms, and payment processing.
Design, architect, and build scalable, customer-facing software.
Own cross-functional projects end to end, from technical design and decomposition through launch and rollout.
Partner with engineering leaders and product managers to define, prioritize, and deliver ambitious engineering goals.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a software engineer, focused on building customer-facing products.
Sustained contribution over time.
Vision for great software and engineering, with the technical expertise and leadership skills to execute that vision.
Strong product-level thinking, including understanding how customer journeys and data flows affect each part of a product.
Ability and desire to solve high-impact problems using the tools necessary, including stepping outside your comfort zone.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders and business needs to engineering teams.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $165,000–$230,000 USD.
