What You’ll Do

  • Champion the Brand: Evolve the soul and spirit of Tavus across website, social presence, and sales collateral to feel as bold, cinematic, and innovative as the AI technology.
  • Bridge the gap: Act as the ethos bridge between Marketing and Product, ensuring visual fluency and seamless design language from first ad-click to persona deployment.
  • Iterate on growth: Optimize high-traffic marketing surfaces using product mindset, driving conversion through world-class design, crisp storytelling, and understanding of user’s psychological journey from prospect to power-user.
  • Embed within Product: Spend ~20% of time integrated with product team, contributing to design system and owning high-visibility product moments like onboarding flows and empty states that require brand magic and visual polish.
  • Set the standard: Push the ceiling for quality at Tavus, shipping campaigns while maintaining high bar for IA, messaging logic, and typography to define Tavus’ identity.

Requirements

  • Holistic thinker who understands user’s journey starts before the login screen (first frame of video or pixel of landing page).
  • Experience crafting high-fidelity web experiences, cinematic marketing assets, and narrative-driven campaigns.
  • Product mindset for optimizing marketing surfaces and ensuring cohesive user journeys.
  • Strong skills in IA, messaging logic, and typography.
  • Ability to move fast while maintaining impeccable quality standards.
