What You Need
10+ years of experience in strategy, insights, product marketing, or healthcare consulting, with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
5+ years of direct behavioral health experience.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in business, public health, or a related field preferred.
Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including behavioral health, physical health, and payer/provider ecosystems.
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Proven success collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategic direction with execution.
Experience creating enablement tools such as playbooks, presentations, and strategic messaging guides.
Skilled in leading innovation workshops and facilitating productive cross-functional brainstorming sessions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to developing data-informed solutions.
Proficiency with data visualization and storytelling tools to simplify and convey complex concepts effectively.
Forward-thinking and curious, with a passion for leveraging new technologies, including AI-supported tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).
