Responsibilities

Partner with account teams to engage C-suite executives and senior technical leaders at strategic customers.
Bridge complex data architectures and AI to support business transformation.
Position MongoDB as a platform for modernizing legacy systems and building next-generation AI applications.
Shape industry perspectives through technical evangelism and thought leadership.
Lead executive roundtables, customer presentations, MongoDB and industry event keynotes, and briefings for tier-1 press, media, and analysts.
Serve as a credible and trusted company spokesperson.
Influence technical direction and strategic decisions for major companies.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in customer- and market-facing roles at the Principal or Field CTO level.
Recognized technical leadership with deep hands-on experience building enterprise-scale applications.
Demonstrated success scaling technical influence and earning credibility.
Exceptional executive presence and ability to deliver compelling keynote presentations and influence technology strategies with C-suite audiences.
Strong understanding of database architectures, distributed systems, and cloud computing.
Experience designing distributed systems, including scalability, fault tolerance, and consistency models.
Familiarity with modern application development frameworks.
Hands-on proficiency with state-of-the-art AI capabilities.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Hosting technical webinars.
Contributing to the developer community through technical blogs, open-source contributions, or whitepapers.
Extensive portfolio of published content, event presentations, interviews, or press and media quotes.
Strong existing digital footprint and community influence within the region.
