About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct hands-on research, prototyping of identity and tenancy solutions, and market tests for viability.
  • Deeply understand B2B software development, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, common pain points, and articulate challenges and opportunities.
  • Own the product lifecycle for B2B mass management tooling, driving strategy to simplify management of hundreds of thousands of B2B organizations.
  • Architect the roadmap for schema-driven operations, including type-safe custom schemas, Structured Tenant Metadata tied to Auth0 Organization, and change management.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create actionable requirements, APIs, and detailed specifications.
  • Build roadmaps and compelling business cases articulating product direction, financial strategy, and alignment.
  • Follow Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC) to deliver a complete vision while upholding highest standards in security, architecture, and design.
  • Partner with ISV ecosystem team to enable SaaS ISVs to make products discoverable and monetizable on Auth0/Okta platforms.
  • Focus on delivering value to B2B admins and developers through incremental feature layering based on market demand.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading as a Product Manager or Team Lead in Engineering.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or completion of an Engineering Bootcamp.
  • Experience developing on or working within multi-tenant SaaS applications.
  • Deep understanding of Identity and Directory Protocols including OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.
  • Experience designing APIs and detailed specifications.
  • Practical experience working with data and tools to analyze data (SQL/BI Tools).
  • Ability to use modern AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate work without generating low-quality output.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with agile development tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for conducting deep-dive customer interviews.
  • Direct experience building B2B tenancy infrastructure, entitlement engines, configuration schema systems, or B2B SaaS control planes.
  • Experience using third-party licensing and entitlement tools.
  • Ability to travel within the US or Canada for customer conversations or research.
