Responsibilities

Own OpenArt’s X strategy, execution, and growth results from the ground up.
Grow OpenArt’s account into a hub for AI creators and a measurable source of traffic, signups, users, and advocates.
Set weekly and monthly growth goals; run experiments across content, distribution, community programs, and acquisition.
Track impressions, engagement, follower growth, traffic, signups, and experiment performance; scale winning tactics and discontinue ineffective ones.
Create recurring formats, challenges, showcases, threads, Spaces, competitions, and other community programs.
Encourage users to share their AI-generated work and workflows; support active accounts that can become community advocates.
Manage replies, mentions, and direct messages in an authentic, non-corporate voice.
Participate in relevant AI, video, filmmaking, design, advertising, and creator conversations beyond OpenArt’s account.
Build relationships with creators, power users, large accounts, and community leaders.
Monitor sentiment, feature feedback, complaints, competitors, emerging AI tools, models, workflows, and use cases; provide actionable insights to product, growth, and marketing teams.
Turn successful experiments into repeatable systems and programs that drive participation, retention, user-generated content, and acquisition.

Requirements

Deep understanding of X culture, humor, subcultures, conventions, search, content discovery, and algorithmic distribution.
Experience growing communities, audiences, social accounts, or organic acquisition channels.
Growth-oriented and highly experimental mindset with the ability to execute independently and move quickly.
Excellent natural English writing and communication skills.
Understanding of generative AI and active interest in the space.
Ability to take ownership, identify problems, and move from idea to execution without extensive direction.

Personally grown an X account or X Community from zero.
Built an online community from scratch.
Grown an organic channel with measurable traffic or user acquisition.
Experience with AI image or video creation tools.
Experience working with creators, ambassadors, affiliates, or user-generated-content programs.
Ability to analyze community and content performance.
Ability to create simple memes, graphics, GIFs, or videos.
Experience using AI tools to work more efficiently.

Full-time remote role.
