Responsibilities
- Investigate escalated customer accounts to identify and mitigate payments fraud, including chargebacks, ACH returns, wire disputes, and account takeovers.
- Analyze fraud trends and payment activity patterns, delivering insights that improve detection accuracy.
- Provide feedback on rule performance and risk logic to strengthen automated fraud defenses.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements that reduce risk exposure and increase operational throughput.
- Support the development and documentation of review processes for scaling operations.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in payments risk, fraud analysis, or risk operations within financial services, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Experience owning fraud case investigations.
- Hands-on experience with ACH, wire, and card payment systems.
- Knowledge of fraud detection methodologies, chargeback management, and dispute resolution workflows.
- Ability to identify fraud patterns, root causes, and systemic vulnerabilities from account-level data.
- Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools or cryptocurrency fraud trends, or the ability to ramp quickly in technical domains.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.
Compensation
- Annual base salary: ₱664,350 PHP
- Bonus eligibility and medical, dental, and vision benefits may also be provided.
