About the role
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across multiple roles and time zones
Be a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm, professional, and well-communicated experience
Coordinate onsite/virtual interview loops, including prep for interviewers and candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
Support offer logistics and background check processes
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes on track
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a related operations role
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and calendars in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Ashby
Compensation
Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
