Responsibilities
Support the planning, configuration, and delivery of Crusoe's Workday HCM implementation, partnering with People Operations and Enterprise Technology.
Participate in requirements gathering, configuration decisions, and Workday workbook submissions through go-live and post-production support.
Own functional administration for assigned Workday areas (e.g., Talent (Calibration and Succession Planning), Learning, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Benefits/Open Enrollment, Absence & Time Tracking), including end-to-end process support.
Execute system testing (unit, end-to-end, UAT), troubleshoot issues, and drive defects through resolution.
Build and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, calculated fields, dashboards, and reporting.
Support data loads and ongoing maintenance (e.g., EIBs, mass updates).
Help enable and monitor integrations and automation (Workato, vendor connections).
Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and SOPs.
Provide day-to-day support to People team, triaging tickets.
Drive continuous improvement and lead release planning/regression testing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience supporting HRIS/People Technology programs, ideally Workday (Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking/Absence).
Hands-on Workday configuration/administration: business processes, security, calculated fields, reporting/dashboards.
Experience with annual cycles: open enrollment, performance calibration, merit/bonus/equity.
Own end-to-end global benefits strategy, open enrollment, vendor relationships, Workday configuration, and compliance for a high-growth public company. Requires 7+ years benefits ownership experience across self-funded/insured plans, strong analytical and communication skills.
