Responsibilities
- Drive a world-class user experience for Tennr’s flagship application, improving efficiency, reliability, and usability.
- Establish application usability and accessibility standards in collaboration with UX Designers and UX Engineers.
- Drive client architecture decisions for a complex React application.
- Partner with design on user research processes to understand customer personas, including back-office administrators, referring healthcare providers, and patients.
- Translate user needs into effective product design.
- Own visual quality by executing pixel-perfect designs and resolving ambiguity with strong design judgment.
- Proactively drive projects from conception through completion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering, front-end web development, or full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization and accessibility principles.
- Passion for design and user experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and clean coding practices.
- Experience using AI tools for prototyping and development.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative mindset and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
