About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end AI-Native platform and solution suite, covering backend infrastructure, data ingestion, model training and inference, front-end interfaces and applications.
  • Architect scalable, robust, secure, and maintainable full-stack systems for deploying and running AI models in production at scale.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and other tools/vendors.
  • Enforce coding standards, technical architecture patterns (e.g., microservices), and quality control mechanisms.
  • Define and execute the technology strategy, setting vision, roadmap, and priorities for how full-stack technologies create business value, improve products, and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and product teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and viable AI solutions.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams of Software/AI/ML engineers, full-stack developers, MLOps specialists, and others.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, continuous learning, and adaptability to emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Advanced hands-on expertise in both AI/ML engineering (including LLMs, computer vision, NLP) and modern full-stack development as an individual contributor.
  • Proficiency with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scaling MLOps for model training, deployment, inference, and monitoring.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering or AI/ML teams.
  • Ability to develop a long-term technical vision aligned with product and business strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives and partners.
  • Prior experience building technologies at a deeply technical startup.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in CS, CE, AI, or other technical fields.
  • Work authorization in the USA at the time of hire.

  • Experience with specific AI frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture patterns.
