About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own requirements and execution for tactical features and improvements within the Contracts product, from scoping through engineering handoff and launch.
  • Triage confirmed issue reports, feedback, and feature requests across the Contracts product in partnership with Engineering.
  • Identify themes across support tickets and escalations, and turn high-impact issues into scoped feature or hardening work.
  • Prioritize issues and translate them into engineering-ready requirements.
  • Complete user acceptance testing (UAT) before changes move to production.
  • Serve as a resource for Customer Success on support-ticket status and in-flight improvements.
  • Partner reliably with Engineering on execution.
  • Improve the structure of Contracts support intake and execution.
  • Take on broader product ownership across the Contracts product as context and trust develop.
  • Build and operationalize AI-powered solutions and workflows.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or health tech, with a background in managed care contracts and healthcare reimbursement.
  • Experience triaging, prioritizing, or managing inbound customer requests, ideally in partnership with Product, Customer Success, and/or Engineering.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and create structure where needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organization, reliability, and judgment regarding urgency and impact.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/knowledge; candidates with non-traditional educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Product management or product owner experience.
  • Background in managed care contracts and healthcare reimbursement.
  • SQL experience or comfort using AI tools to answer technical questions outside one's current skill set.
