About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic vision, P&L, and institutional scaling of Global Markets division within Prime Services.
  • Manage high-performing team of 20+ professionals, from junior staff to Managing Directors.
  • Drive revenue exceeding $100M+ annually through market cycles, while building future product pipeline.
  • Own division's risk profile, partnering with Risk team on market, credit, and operational risks.
  • Optimize and allocate institutional capital for liquidity management and efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance for alignment and governance.
  • Represent firm externally as SME in global markets and regulatory discussions.

Requirements

  • 12-15+ years senior leadership in Global Markets or Prime Services at top-tier investment bank, hedge fund, or digital asset platform.
  • Experience building/managing business unit with $100M+ annual revenue.
  • Proven management of 20+ professionals, including Managing Directors.
  • Experience with substantial institutional-scale balance sheets.
  • Deep understanding of Spot, Prime Financing, and Derivatives products and technical architecture.
  • Experience in high-growth companies toward IPO or liquidity event.
  • Sophisticated knowledge of digital asset market structure.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or quantitative field; MBA or CFA highly preferred.
