Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end trader education strategy for perpetual contracts (perps), extending to prediction-market learning content as capacity allows.
Write and publish educational articles explaining perps mechanics and trading strategies to new and existing traders.
Plan, script, and host first-party video content, including a YouTube series focused on trading education.
Build a consistent YouTube content cadence and library.
Rebuild and manage the Learn Hub as a structured, discoverable, conversion-oriented growth channel.
Collaborate with Growth, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to keep educational content accurate and aligned with product launches and regulatory considerations.
Establish scalable content workflows, templates, and potentially AI-enabled tooling.
Track educational-content performance against acquisition, activation, and conversion metrics, and iterate accordingly.
Requirements
4+ years of experience building and owning educational or growth-driving content, ideally in fintech, crypto, or trading.
Demonstrated experience building a content function or hub from the ground up and scaling it.
Excellent writing and editing skills across articles, scripts, and educational materials.
Comfortable hosting, scripting, and appearing on camera in first-party video content.
Knowledge of trading and financial markets, including trading strategy and mechanics.
Ability to explain complex financial and trading concepts clearly to first-time users.
Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, owning strategy and execution independently.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including with Growth, Product, Legal, and Compliance.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary range: $150,000–$250,000, plus equity and benefits.
