AI Deployment Strategist, Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer outcomes as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for enterprise GenAI deployments
• Drive repeatable delivery standards: on-time, high-quality deployments you define and enforce
• Identify and frame new AI-driven workstreams that unlock business value before the customer sees them
• Unstick blocked projects by working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Ops
• Capture and communicate product feedback that shapes roadmap decisions
• Collaborate with Machine Learning, Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to improve enterprise delivery processes

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments
• Technical or quantitative background (CS, engineering, economics, statistics, STEM)
• Hypothesis-driven problem solving with a diagnose-before-you-solve approach
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact for executives and actionable plans for engineers
• Technical credibility to evaluate architecture and accuracy claims
• Commercial instinct: articulate ROI and identify upsell opportunities
• Low ego, high hunger; comfortable with direct feedback and naming personal weaknesses
• Grit and resilience through tough periods; avoid project-hoppers
• Willingness to travel 30-50% (including international)

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI or data infrastructure products (e.g., Palantir DS/FDE-style roles)
• Strategy consulting background (BCG, McKinsey, Bain) with transition into tech outcomes ownership
• Technical PM or engineering experience that moved into business/customer-facing roles
• Deeper industry knowledge in healthcare, financial services, or consumer sectors
