About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive brand and creator strategies to maximize client campaign/evergreen advertising performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (leadership, sales, creator relations, product development) to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Analyze advertising and campaign data, extract insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Produce detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build client trust through communication, presenting strategies and optimizations.
  • Stay updated on digital advertising, marketing ecosystem, and creator economy trends.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in client-facing roles (account management, client success, campaign strategy) growing advertising accounts.
  • Deep experience with ad platforms, performance data analysis, reporting, and insights.
  • Understanding of influencer space, YouTube creators/advertising, podcast advertising, digital marketing.
  • Experience as performance marketer or optimizing campaigns/spend/creator campaigns.
  • Ability to manage large number of live campaigns.

  • Passion for AI and incorporating AI/LLMs into workflows.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $100,000 - $180,000.
