Account Manager
Manages brand and creator ad campaigns on Agentio platform, optimizing performance through data analysis, strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires 6+ years in account management with deep ad platform and YouTube/influencer expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive brand and creator strategies to maximize client campaign/evergreen advertising performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (leadership, sales, creator relations, product development) to ensure alignment and execution.
- Analyze advertising and campaign data, extract insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Produce detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build client trust through communication, presenting strategies and optimizations.
- Stay updated on digital advertising, marketing ecosystem, and creator economy trends.
Requirements
- 6+ years in client-facing roles (account management, client success, campaign strategy) growing advertising accounts.
- Deep experience with ad platforms, performance data analysis, reporting, and insights.
- Understanding of influencer space, YouTube creators/advertising, podcast advertising, digital marketing.
- Experience as performance marketer or optimizing campaigns/spend/creator campaigns.
- Ability to manage large number of live campaigns.

Compensation
- Base salary: $100,000 - $180,000.
