Account Executive
Drives new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals with law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies. Leverages first responder background for trust-building, owns onboarding/expansion, and manages pipeline in HubSpot. Requires 1-4 years sales experience and operator credibility.
Responsibilities
- Own a territory of law enforcement and fire agencies: prospect, qualify, and close new agency accounts across law enforcement, fire, and EMS.
- Build long-term relationships leveraging credibility as an operator or first responder.
- Consult on agency challenges like retention, morale, stress, and performance; position Sharp Performance as the solution.
- Own client onboarding and set up for long-term success.
- Manage pipeline in HubSpot, track opportunities, and report metrics.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within accounts.
Requirements
- Background in Special Operations or First Responder (e.g., Navy SEAL, Green Beret, Army Ranger, PJ, MARSOC, law enforcement, fire, or EMS).
- 1–4 years in B2B sales, SaaS, or MedTech (preferred; newer to sales with strong background considered).
- Relentless drive and motivation tied to output/income.
- Command presence to engage chiefs/sheriffs with compelling stories.
- Physically capable for agency training environments.
- Technically proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus).
