Senior Software Engineer, Data Ingest

Responsibilities

• Own pieces of the usage-to-billing pipeline, including ingesting raw usage events, aggregating them, and turning datapoints into dynamic pricing.
• Build and scale real-time CRM ingestion for Salesforce and HubSpot toward a platform that can onboard new data sources without custom code.
• Design and extend the customer and commercial graph representing customers and their customers across Tabs.
• Work across the full stack, including front-end configuration surfaces such as an in-app workflow builder, backend services, and event-ingest infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers, raise the technical bar, and help shape engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with TypeScript or a similar language, with willingness to work across the stack.
• Ability to own systems end-to-end, from initial design through production operations.
• Strong systems thinking, software correctness, and long-term maintainability.
• Effective collaboration, communication, and respectful technical debate.
