Responsibilities
Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements supporting AI infrastructure delivery.
Advise on data center development and leasing, energy, supply chain, and procurement matters.
Partner cross-functionally to drive transactions to completion.
Serve as a trusted legal and strategic advisor to business leaders.
Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations and address complex legal and business issues.
Manage outside counsel across substantive disciplines with rigor and efficiency.
Requirements
Juris Doctorate degree or international equivalent.
Active license to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction, with the ability to meet admission requirements as needed.
8–12 years of sophisticated experience as a practicing attorney.
Experience with data center development, leasing, energy, supply chain, and procurement.
Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with sophisticated counterparties autonomously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to earn the trust of business partners as a go-to legal and business advisor.

Salary range: $350,000–$500,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
