Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features using Ruby on Rails APIs and services on the back end and Angular 20 on the front end.
• Work across multiple business units and initiatives, including Recall, Conquest/PV, AI, Service Engine, and other shifting priorities.
• Develop core platform services used by Mobile, AI, and Data teams.
• Diagnose and fix issues across the full stack, tracing bugs from the user interface through APIs to data.
• Set technical direction as a senior individual contributor, including architecture input.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to code review and testing standards.
• Ramp up across multiple product domains rather than specializing in one dedicated team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular version 17 or later, ideally Angular 20.
• Experience working across the full stack and multiple product areas.
• Track record of owning features end-to-end, from specification through production.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with fleet or scheduling systems, automotive SaaS, or B2B dealer-facing tools.
• Experience with CI tooling such as Semaphore or GitHub Actions.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows, including Cursor or CodeRabbit.
