What You'll Do
- Partner with the Head of Studios to develop the overall creative direction of Hallow's content slate, identifying new show concepts, formats, and opportunities to grow our audience across audio and video.
- Own end-to-end production of a new Hallow flagship production, including episode planning, guest coordination, on-location recording, post-production, and release.
- Develop and maintain run-of-show documents, editorial calendars, and production workflows to run multiple shows simultaneously.
- Serve as supporting producer for emerging series and other content.
- Work directly with hosts, guests, and the broader Hallow team to manage scheduling and recording logistics, including on-location shoots.
- Oversee audio and video quality, direct the editing workflow (and assist in editing when able), and direct publishing workflows across the Hallow app, YouTube, and other platforms.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for the mission of helping people pray and grow closer to God.
- Experience managing multiple podcasts, news shows, or other productions simultaneously, with systems and instincts to keep everything on track.

- Familiarity with Catholic media, audiences, institutions, and ministries (or a track record of quickly learning a new audience's culture).
- 3+ years of production experience, ideally on shows with a sizable audience and significant complexity. Experience across multiple shows or formats is a strong plus.
- Bonus: Knowledge of DAW or NLE.
