Business intelligence analyst partnering with product and business leaders to build dashboards, standardize metrics, and translate complex data into actionable decisions. Requires 3+ years of quantitative analytics experience, advanced SQL, and at least 2 years of Tableau dashboard development.

Responsibilities
- Partner with technical program managers to inform decision-making and planning through OKRs, reports, dashboards, and product data.
- Use SQL and data visualization tools to communicate product insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Standardize, maintain, and document metrics, models, datasets, dashboards, and related code using tools such as Tableau, Confluence, and Acryl.
- Source and analyze data for time-critical and strategic decisions.
- Partner with leaders to roll out dashboards and drive adoption of metrics.
- Monitor and improve product performance with product and business leaders.
- Measure product value and value propositions through metrics.
- Collaborate with data producers and consumers to ensure data quality and availability throughout the product lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor and foster stakeholder partnerships.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis, dashboard and report development, and translating ambiguous data into actionable business insights.
- Experience independently initiating, refining, and completing projects in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency writing complex SQL and SQL-like relational queries.
- At least 2 years of experience developing and managing Tableau dashboards.
- Experience building analytics reports, metrics, and dashboards, including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, loading, and production workflow operationalization.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience using generative AI tools such as Gemini, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT for SQL, data analysis, and documentation.
- Experience in telephony, email, messaging, social media, or other electronic communications.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL, and distributed computing technologies such as Hive, Presto, Spark, or Zeppelin.
- Experience with Looker.
- Experience with unstructured data.
