Build consumer experiences that deepen relationships between brands and customers, focusing on onboarding, account management, payments, rewards, loyalty, and other areas.
Identify high-impact problems across the consumer experience and develop solutions that scale across partners and products.
Ship consumer-facing improvements rapidly, maintain a healthy stream of projects, and form opinions on future priorities grounded in customer insights.
Break ambiguous problems into incremental milestones, align teams, and remove blockers.
Use data, customer feedback (support tickets, app reviews, direct conversations), and metrics to inform decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
Prototype and iterate using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Figma; collaborate with engineering to deliver production-ready features.
Balance customer impact, business value, engineering effort, and partner needs; build strategic cases for initiatives.
Lead with strong opinions loosely held, debate honestly, disagree and commit, and act like an owner.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience focused on consumer-facing products.
Strong consumer product sense with experience shipping well-crafted products.
Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex tradeoffs to Engineering, Design, executives, and partners.
Hands-on prototyping with AI-assisted tools (ability to produce near-production code is a plus).
Deep customer obsession; proactively reads support tickets, talks to customers, and understands real user behavior.
High design taste; attention to details like typography, motion, and flow friction.
Measurement mindset; leverages data, A/B testing, and analytics to guide decisions.
Mobile-first consumer product experience.
Ability to build for scale across multiple partners and products.

Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments.
Background in fintech, payments, credit products, loyalty, rewards, commerce, or regulated consumer environments.
Experience building products for diverse customer segments or underrepresented populations.
