Responsibilities

  • Implement efficient user interfaces for internal and external users.
  • Architect backend services and storage layers for risk-based metrics.
  • Collect and break down requirements to produce technical designs.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and business, operations, and compliance stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience implementing scalable backend services with a statically typed language; Go or Java preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • Experience building efficient user interfaces with TypeScript and React.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, product managers, and engineers.
  • Willingness to explore new technologies and become an expert in the technology stack.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $170,000–$250,000.

  • Employees are expected to work in the office four days per week.
