About the role
Responsibilities
Own and manage Sage’s day-to-day social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and others as needed
Create and publish platform-native content, including short-form and light video (concepting, filming, editing, and posting)
Write clear, compelling copy for social posts, captions, executive accounts, and occasional supporting content
Actively monitor comments, messages, and mentions—responding thoughtfully and fostering two-way engagement
Track new followers and engaged users, identifying opportunities to build relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders
Monitor social media analytics and performance trends to understand what’s working and inform ongoing optimization
Maintain a consistent posting cadence and content calendar aligned with company priorities
Partner closely with marketing, leadership, and subject matter experts to surface stories, insights, and moments worth sharing
Stay current on platform changes, trends, and best practices—bringing ideas forward while staying grounded in Sage’s brand and audience
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, company, or organization
Demonstrated ability to create and edit short-form or light video content for social platforms
Strong writing skills, especially for concise, brand-aligned social copy
Experience working directly within social platforms (admin, posting, analytics, engagement)
Comfort managing multiple accounts and priorities with a high degree of ownership
Strong editorial judgment and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice
Familiarity with social analytics tools and performance reporting
Ability to balance strategy, execution, and responsiveness in a fast-moving environment

Experience working directly with executives/founders on content creation
Background in B2B, healthcare, technology, or mission-driven organizations
