About the role

Design Systems & Brand Infrastructure

  • Build and maintain a scalable B2B design system—typography, color, components, templates, and guidelines
  • Establish brand governance and systems that scale across product, GTM, and marketing
  • Partner with product design to ensure cohesion between brand and product experiences

Brand Building & Product Alignment

  • Help define and evolve Agentio’s visual identity
  • Ensure the brand meets the expectations of enterprise buyers—clear, credible, and sophisticated
  • Influence how brand and product design intersect

GTM & Sales Enablement Design

  • Create go-to-market and sales enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, etc.)
  • Build templates that enable Sales and Marketing teams to produce on-brand work independently
  • Design assets that directly support revenue and customer acquisition

AI-Native Design & Workflows

  • Use AI-powered tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, generative tools, automation) to increase speed and quality
  • Build scalable, AI-enabled systems for asset creation
  • Bring a strong perspective on how AI transforms design workflows

Execution Across All Channels

  • Design across content, paid ads, events, and executive materials
  • Operate as a highly hands-on individual contributor while laying the groundwork for a future team

Requirements

  • Strong experience building or evolving B2B brand systems
  • A portfolio that shows both design systems thinking and hands-on execution
  • Experience working with product teams and influencing visual direction
  • Clear AI-native workflow and comfort using AI tools daily
  • A builder mindset—you’re excited to be the first design hire
