About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own a sales cycle by collaborating with athletic directors and coaches to ensure schools and teams have what they need to develop and improve.
  • Close sales on the phone and through online demos.
  • Work across multiple sports, understanding how every team can benefit from video analysis and knowing customer personas regardless of sport.
  • Focus on market development of net new or acquisition revenue for U.S. high schools and middle schools without existing Hudl usage.
  • Occasionally travel to territory to meet prospects in person.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving/exceeding goals (could include Customer Success, Customer Support, or Business Development roles).
  • Strong communication skills with ability to think critically and project confidence to customers.
  • Resilience, grit, and competitive drive to handle rejection and push through challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills to map out days, manage territory, and work in a remote environment.
  • High motivation to beat personal records and continuously improve.

Nice-to-Haves

  • SaaS sales experience.
  • Knowledgeable about sports (experience as an athlete, coach, or administrator in club or high school sports).
  • Prior Salesforce usage.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $35,000 - $40,000 USD
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 - $80,000 USD (total compensation typically falls in the middle of the OTE band)
