What we’re looking for

  • AI-native operator: Prototype with AI before writing specs, contribute code, build internal agents for research and analysis
  • Marketplace operator: Deep experience with two-sided marketplaces, liquidity, matching systems, incentives, fulfillment, trust, and health tradeoffs
  • Enterprise B2B muscle: Built products for complex customers with multiple stakeholders, long sales cycles, and operational rollout challenges
  • First-principles thinker: Deeply understand systems and constraints rather than applying generic playbooks
  • Operations systems builder: Built operational products or internal tools that powered real businesses
  • Builder mentality: Inventive, scrappy problem solver who moves quickly in ambiguity
