About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy and execution with engineers and cross-functional partners across design, data science, and go-to-market.
  • Design and build complex full-stack features spanning backend and frontend systems.
  • Improve the codebase, product performance, and reliability while increasing engineering velocity.
  • Mentor other engineers and learn from teammates with different areas of expertise.
  • Own products end to end, from ideation and customer research through implementation, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with customers and teammates to evaluate approaches and ship high-quality, thoughtful features.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on engineering experience building products.
  • Experience owning product development as both a product manager and an engineer.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to express nuanced ideas clearly to different audiences.
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving and feature development.
  • Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.
  • Care for maintainable, understandable, and reliable code.
