The Opportunity

The Sales Development team drives the sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and developing new sales opportunities through proactive outreach. As an SDR, you'll partner with sales to create high-quality leads in Payers/Providers or Life Sciences/Pharma spaces, leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales on target accounts and ideal customer profiles.
  • Execute lead generation campaigns, including meetings and demos.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools for outreach, research, and workflow automation.
  • Convert outreach into qualified opportunities.

Required:

  • 2-3 years SDR/BDR experience.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and communication skills.
  • Tech savvy with AI/GenAI tools.
  • Sales drive and strategic mindset.

Preferred:

  • Life Sciences/Pharma or Payers/Providers experience.
  • Salesforce, Salesloft, Qualified.io.
