Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve platforms and services supporting localization, translation workflows, and global content delivery.
- Develop frontend and backend solutions that enable product teams to ship globally.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to embed internationalization early in development.
- Improve developer experience through tooling, documentation, and self-service frameworks.
- Drive technical direction for complex cross-platform initiatives.
- Identify performance, scalability, and reliability improvements for systems supporting global expansion.
- Contribute to technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade software as a full-stack engineer.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend development.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and scalable service architecture.
- Ability to design systems for global scale, localization, and performance.
- Experience building developer tools that empower other engineers.
- Strong cross-functional communication and technical judgment.
- Demonstrated ownership of outcomes.
