Responsibilities
Own the design system, including components, patterns, and standards for product and web surfaces.
Build the public web presence, including the marketing site and campaign pages.
Improve in-product surfaces in partnership with product designers and engineers.
Own interaction, motion, typography, layout, accessibility, and performance fundamentals.
Define and document AI-native workflows using tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
Run web experiments and instrument surfaces so design decisions are grounded in measurable outcomes.
Partner across product design, engineering, product, and marketing to evolve the system.
Requirements and Qualifications
5+ years of experience spanning design and front-end engineering.
Strong front-end skills with React, TypeScript, modern HTML and CSS, and WebGL.
Experience building or significantly evolving a design system or component library at a product company.
Strong visual and interaction design skills with a portfolio demonstrating the work.
Comfort building on a CMS; Sanity is preferred.
Experience running web experiments and managing web analytics.
Ability to move quickly, find shortcuts, and deliver on ambitious goals.
High NPS with former teammates.
