About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own accounting end-to-end, including month-end close, financial reporting, technical accounting, audits, tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Manage multi-entity accounting as the company scales internationally.
  • Own relationships with external accounting, tax, and audit partners.
  • Drive systems and future ERP decisions to support a fast-growing business.
  • Partner closely with revenue leadership and the finance lead on quote-to-cash improvements and billing operations.
  • Build processes and infrastructure to scale the accounting function.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of accounting experience at a high-growth technology company, with a track record of taking on increasing ownership.
  • Deep expertise in US GAAP, technical accounting, and SaaS revenue recognition.
  • Comfortable with multi-entity and international operations, transfer pricing, and inter-company accounting.
  • Strong understanding of billing systems and revenue operations to partner directly with commercial teams.
  • Builder mindset focused on designing systems, not just operating them.
  • Ability to stay close to the details while taking on more scope.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience leading an ERP migration.
  • Ability to write SQL to answer questions independently.
