Web Developer

Responsibilities

• Build high-converting web experiences in Webflow, including landing pages, conversion funnels, and website features from concept through launch.
• Write custom JavaScript for interactive elements, build CMS architectures, and implement advanced Webflow functionality.
• Develop integrations, APIs, webhooks, automation, custom middleware, event-tracking architectures, and data flows across Webflow, CRM, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Build A/B testing frameworks, experimentation infrastructure, and personalization engines.
• Analyze funnel data, identify bottlenecks, and implement technical solutions that improve conversion rates.
• Balance rapid iteration with code quality, maintainability, performance, accessibility, and reliability.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Lead development projects, provide technical guidance, and support initiatives through launch.
• Explore advanced web experiences using technologies such as GSAP and Three.js while maintaining performance and conversion goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional web development experience, including at least 3 years building conversion-focused websites and landing pages.
• Expert Webflow development skills, including advanced CMS implementations, custom code integration, and complex builds.
• Strong programming fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building REST API clients, implementing webhooks, handling OAuth flows, and debugging integration issues.
• Experience with Git, Node.js, React or similar frameworks, serverless functions, and build tools.
• Track record of improving conversion rates through technical testing, optimization, and experimentation.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodology, statistical significance, and CRO best practices.
• Strong web performance expertise, including Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional development skills and end-to-end technical ownership, including live websites, complex functionality, code samples, or GitHub repositories.
• Systems mindset for scalable, maintainable codebases and reusable components.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical teams.
• Analytical thinking combined with business acumen and understanding of conversion metrics, user behavior, and revenue.
• Ability to work autonomously from requirements through deployment.
• High standards with a willingness to ship, iterate, and improve.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with Three.js, GSAP, and animation libraries.
• Experience with GA4, Segment, Mixpanel, and custom tracking.
