About the role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies, lead teams through quarterly planning.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end plans and ensure we deliver on our quarterly objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization.
  • Actively identify risks, inefficiencies, and resolve cross-team issues.
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
  • Define and own metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Communicate delivery progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with a wide range of teams and functions across Forge.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience in technical project or program environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
  • Experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Agile Program Management
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, prioritize needs, and build strong working relationships
  • Track record of holding teams and individuals accountable to deliverables
  • Skilled in project planning, forecasting, and progress tracking
  • Systematic and analytical problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and drive

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Fintech, financial services, or regulated industry experience
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence
  • Report and dashboard building

Compensation

For residents of Denver, CO the annual salary range for this role is $126,000-$150,000+ annual bonus. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, bonus, and other factors.
