Campaign Management and Delivery

  • Own day-to-day delivery of multiple influencer campaigns across several brands
  • Run timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals
  • Act as single point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams
  • Hold cross-functional team members accountable to deadlines without direct authority
  • Proactively stay ahead of problems and keep stakeholders aligned

Commercial and Pricing

  • Build creator pricing using CPV and projected performance
  • Negotiate creator fees against budget and target CPV while protecting margins
  • Proactively negotiate added-value assets and maximize value
  • Manage campaign budgets, model scenarios, and flag commercial risks early
  • Treat every campaign as a commercial unit

Client Service and Retention

  • Build trusted relationships through clear, proactive communication
  • Match each client's preferred style for reporting and updates
  • Anticipate client needs, surface insights, and drive renewal and growth

Casting and Creator Management

  • Build casting shortlists based on client archetype, goals, and vertical
  • Source, brief, and manage creators across the full campaign lifecycle
  • Ensure content meets brand guidelines, cultural nuance, and objectives
  • Handle creator contracting, usage rights, and disclosure compliance

Reporting, Performance, and Optimisation

  • Track performance against CPV, reach, engagement, and conversion
  • Use proprietary platform and analytics tools to monitor campaigns in real-time
  • Maintain platform as single source of truth for all updates and status
  • Flag data issues early and turn data into actionable client recommendations
  • Provide reliable daily reporting

Platform, AI, and Ways of Working

  • Operate as power user of Kyra's proprietary platform for end-to-end campaign management
  • Generate insights that shape the product in a two-way loop with the tech
  • Use AI daily to increase speed and quality of work
  • Adopt new tools quickly and experiment with AI-native workflows

Requirements

  • Agency experience running influencer or creator campaigns
  • Genuine KPI and performance mindset with ownership of numbers
  • CPV fluency to build pricing from performance targets and defend it
  • Strong Excel and data skills (formulas, pivots, building trackers)
  • AI fluency and willingness to integrate it into daily work
  • Able to work EST hours
  • 3 to 4 years in influencer marketing, creator/talent management, or campaign/project management
