About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the platform on top of voice models used by millions of users.
  • Improve existing products by adding significant functionality and integrating with consumer and enterprise solutions.
  • Maintain and strengthen internal infrastructure to keep products live, performant, and secure.
  • Collaborate with Frontend, Growth, and Sales teams to understand customer needs and design solutions.

Requirements

  • No formal experience, certifications, or degrees required.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve difficult problems through artifacts such as past projects or GitHub contributions.
  • Expertise in Python.
  • Strong background in backend development.
  • Familiarity with software and system design patterns, APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions, and data structures.
  • Knowledge of test design and security fundamentals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Stripe or other payment processing providers.
  • Basic understanding of how AI models work.
