Expand Axion’s MedTech footprint by designing and executing a high-impact go-to-market strategy
Drive enterprise growth through new customer acquisition and deep relationship management
Lead a pod of Engagement and Solutions professionals, fostering performance, ownership, and cross-functional alignment
Serve as commercial owner for the MedTech vertical, accountable for revenue, delivery quality, and customer success
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities and deliver differentiated solutions
Represent Axion externally as a thought leader and trusted partner to senior MedTech executives
Requirements
10+ years of experience in go-to-market, solutions, or commercial leadership within MedTech, life sciences, or healthcare technology
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver business outcomes across complex enterprise environments
Deep understanding of the medical device value chain—from design and manufacturing to quality and post-market surveillance
Strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented; thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments
