Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Institutional Operations Solutions operations while identifying and managing operational risk across compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and risk-management capabilities, recommending data-backed solutions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build technology solutions supporting institutional operations at scale.
- Analyze datasets and deliver recommendations grounded in quantitative reasoning.
- Collaborate with fellow interns on a group project addressing a business problem and present findings and solutions to leadership.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in business, management, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, including identifying second-order effects and streamlining processes.
- Ability and willingness to engage cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate in team settings.
- Familiarity with finance or banking concepts and interest in cryptocurrency and digital assets.
- Responsible use of generative AI with appropriate human oversight.
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $40 USD.
