Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of assigned Enterprise level clients (~20-30 accounts with $1B-$25B annual revenues).
- Close new and expansion business on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, meeting or exceeding assigned quota.
- Manage customer relationships and assume ownership of deadlines and deliverables to ensure Cloudflare is correctly positioned to win business.
- Develop C-level and Decision Maker relationships within accounts for strategic alignment to customer’s transformative objectives.
- Develop pipeline by maintaining high level of activity/outreach, deeply understanding customer goals, and analyzing Cloudflare value add.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and report to sales leader on New and Expansion opportunities using MEDDPIC framework in SFDC.
- Accountable for reverse closure steps and establishing jointly owned timelines with customers.
- Organize and deliver executive level presentations, proposals, and commercial terms.
- Leverage Executive Briefing Center to establish key sponsorships with Cloudflare Executives.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners for joint value propositions.
- Participate in team meetings and deliver GTM guidance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with proficiency in Cloud Networking and Security Technology.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quota.
- Expert Sales Acumen (Discovery, Position, Compete, Negotiate, Close, Expand).
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams over long-term account horizons.
- Ability to identify key players and convert business issues into solutions.
- Comfortable selling new and expansion business with strong closing skills.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships quickly.
- Acts with integrity, positive attitude, expert at building rapport.
- Aggressive execution, bold actions, strong will in face of challenges.
Compensation
Estimated annual OTE of $269,000-$360,000 (for New York City, Washington, Washington D.C., California excluding Bay Area). Eligible for incentive compensation, equity plan, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), flexible PTO.
