Software Engineer III
Build and operate delivery systems and infrastructure automation using Go and TypeScript/Node.js. The role combines production support, backend development, Kubernetes and cloud tooling, CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure-intelligence automation.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational coverage across delivery systems, helping service teams ship, investigating deployment issues, maintaining shared packages and the ingress layer, and responding to operational needs.
- Implement features, fixes, and improvements in TypeScript/Node.js with NestJS on delivery systems and in Go on the automation platform, with code review and support from senior engineers.
- Contribute to infrastructure-intelligence tooling and MCP/agentic automation that provisions, updates, and audits infrastructure.
- Work within an ArgoCD, Helm, and GitHub Actions delivery model using declarative changes, safe rollouts, and clean rollbacks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent; exposure to infrastructure, platform, or backend/services work is preferred.
- Proficiency in Go or TypeScript/JavaScript, with willingness to become productive in the other.
- Experience writing clear, tested, and maintainable code.
- Strong engineering fundamentals, including building and consuming APIs, debugging, testing, version control, and assessing the effects of changes.
- Hands-on experience with, or strong eagerness to learn, Kubernetes, cloud providers such as GCP and/or AWS, and CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions and Helm.
- Interest in or exposure to GitOps and declarative, Git-driven deployment with tools such as ArgoCD.
- Collaborative communication style and comfort learning unfamiliar production systems.
Nice-to-haves
- Exposure to Terraform, Temporal or other workflow engines, or MCP/agentic AI.
- Hands-on experience with GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD and Helm or with a self-service deployment platform.
- Contributions to open-source infrastructure, continuous delivery, or developer-tooling projects.
