Responsibilities
Work directly with prospects and customers, including discovery, co-building, and representing Assembled at the highest level with support ops leaders.
Own scheduling and forecasting end-to-end: set the vision, drive the roadmap, and ship features that impact customer operations.
Apply AI to high-stakes, repetitive WFM decisions to make planning faster, smarter, and more automated.
Build for enterprise complexity in 24/7 multi-channel, multi-site operations, accounting for SLAs, shrinkage, channel mix, and BPO relationships.
Lead and mentor junior PMs, raising the bar on product thinking, writing culture, and team processes.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
Strong analytical and technical product skills; ability to dive deep into data and technical details, form and pressure-test perspectives on product tradeoffs.
Experience at a growing, venture-backed startup where business needs and teams evolve quickly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-first mindset with strong discovery and communication skills to engage senior stakeholders.
Bias to action and an innate sense of urgency.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $190,000 - $260,000.
