About the role

What you will do

  • Build deep partnerships with Sales and Marketing (S&M) leadership by providing strategic decision support across all areas of investment, delivering high-level financial results, and identifying emerging market trends.
  • Own and continuously improve forecasting models for members and revenue, ensuring alignment with pipeline, targets and long-range planning.
  • Own and evolve GTM KPIs and ROI frameworks (CAC, LTV, Payback) to guide decision making that aligns with the Company’s long-term objectives.
  • Partner with GTM teams on pricing strategy and proposals, developing robust P&L models for new customers and contracts.
  • Own the monthly forecasts, executive-level variance analysis, annual planning, and spend management for the S&M organization.
  • Partner with Sales, Rev Ops and HR to align headcount planning, capacity models, and incentive structures including commission modeling and quota development.
  • Stand up the systems, tooling, and frameworks needed to influence the business, including automation, reporting, and operational rhythms.

What you will bring to SmithRx

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, GTM Finance, Strategic Finance, or related fields, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience supporting Sales or Marketing leadership, with strong understanding of revenue models and GTM unit economics.
  • Experience in healthcare or health tech is preferred.
  • Capable of managing executive relationships, high-stakes deliverables, and complex expectations with your business partners.
  • Expert in financial modeling and quantitative analysis who thrives on solving unstructured problems and influencing senior business partners.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the judgment to challenge assumptions while maintaining strong relationships.
  • High level of ownership, curiosity, and urgency, with the ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Compensation

Zone A Pay Range $193,800—$264,000 USD (San Francisco Bay Area - California; Metro New York City - Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania)

Zone B Pay Range $177,700—$242,000 USD (California - outside of San Francisco Bay Area; Metro Denver / Boulder - Colorado; Metro District of Columbia - District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia; Metro Boston / Cambridge - Massachusetts and New Hampshire; Metro Austin - Texas; Metro Seattle - Washington)

Zone C Pay Range $161,500—$220,000 USD (all other locations)

Base Salary: The range listed above reflects our standard pay scale and actual pay will vary based on work location, job level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
