Senior Data Operations Analyst

The Senior Data Operations Analyst will perform quality assurance, analyze large datasets with SQL, maintain process documentation, and collaborate across teams to improve operational accuracy. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2–3 years in a technical data-related role, and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance checks on operational processes to ensure accuracy and zero errors.
  • Follow detailed processes and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation.
  • Analyze large datasets and perform quality checks using SQL and other tools to identify discrepancies, optimize processes, and support business decisions.
  • Create detailed instructions and process documents for internal teams.
  • Communicate complex topics clearly in written and verbal formats.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management teams to uphold quality standards and resolve emerging issues.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in engineering or a data-analysis-related technical role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong accuracy-focused quality assurance skills.
  • Proficiency with SQL, including querying and analyzing large datasets to maintain data integrity.
  • Strong documentation and process-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ownership, accountability, adaptability, and the ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Night shift: 10:00 pm–7:00 am BST.
  • Monday to Friday work schedule.
