About the role
Responsibilities
Own the Care Delivery Quality, Training, and Enablement organization’s operating cadence and execution rhythm.
Lead organization-wide OKR planning, metrics reporting, and progress tracking.
Design and govern a closed-loop process that converts quality-review findings into training priorities.
Manage a portfolio of cross-functional operations initiatives, including scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, and success metrics.
Build and maintain dashboards covering program adoption, completion, quality metrics, and enablement impact.
Identify workflow friction across quality, training, and enablement, and lead process and tooling improvements.
Drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, accountability, and change-management rollouts.
Requirements
6–8 years of operations or program management experience in a high-growth healthtech or complex service environment.
Track record of owning and delivering cross-functional work end-to-end.
Strong program management, project scoping, planning, dependency tracking, and milestone management skills.
Experience leading organization-level OKR and metrics cycles and building reporting infrastructure.
Experience auditing programs, identifying systemic gaps, and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Experience working across training, quality, and enablement functions.
Hands-on operational execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Experience designing and governing cross-functional processes and driving adoption without direct authority.
Strong prioritization, organization, self-direction, and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to change management and rollout design.
Nice-to-haves
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $140,000–$165,000.
Total compensation also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities.
